Great service

I find that it is so easy to complain about service and that people don't take the time out to compliment exceptional service, therefore i felt the need to write this report. My mother went to Postnet Uitenhage to send my wedding invites which i required urgently, she asked them to be overnighted and paid the fee for overnight service which is quite a bit more than normal postage. However i did not receive my parcel the next morning and upon enquiring was told because it was sent on a Friday it will only be received on Monday, this was obviously not relayed to my mom. My mom proceeded to try and contact several managers in the region to no avail. She eventually got hold of Graham who was very apologetic and assured her that he will sort the problem out. He also arranged for a full refund. The parcel was however only received on the Monday but the fact that someone took the time to listen, acknowledge and try and resolve the matter was immensely appreciated! My mom also feels that Graham is a great asset to your company!
