Service is a joke

Our company has just moved into the Spartan area. I needed to fill up and stopped at Caltex Festival Mall.
There were only 2 attendants working and were busy so stopped an waited. I day dreamed a bit but around five minutes later noticed other cars had just left and another one pulled in, the attendant then went straight to this car to put fuel, when I said to the gentleman that I had been there a while and this lady had just pulled in he laughed, so I pulled out and he and the other attendant just continued to laugh. So lost business for me and all our vehicles. Clearly there is no manager on duty or one that cares, the place looks dirty and in a bad state.
First impressions is all I can say and my first impression was not great. Caltex Festival Mall living up to the trend of bad service in South Africa
