Advertising Fee Payment

I submitted my July month photos on 03/07/2013. I religiously submit monthly!! When I queried why I did not receive the advertising fee for July I was informed that there was no date on the photo of the rear of my vehicle. Upon investigation I found that for some unexplainable reason there is a grey stripe that obscures the date. It is clear when you check all the relevant photos, that they were taken the same time (early evening). Also, when you click on the properties of the photo it shows the correct date and time. After numerous e-mails back and forth, the supplier is not prepared to budge an inch!!! When you do not drive the required KM's they penalise you percentage wise but one small mistake on one photo and they PENALISE YOU 100%!!! When I went to see them personally, I was told that they may not click on the properties and I was treated with a total TOUGH attitude.
