Helpdesk waste of time

Good day

I am very unhappy with the service I received from drive Care Sales.you website blue lake SA is a waste of time.i loaded my photos on the 03/01/2014 and only got feedback on the 20th of the month to advise me that the photo's does not have a date and there is no full photo of the car. Well if you scrolled down on the photo you will CTULLY SEE THERE IS A DTE... WONDER IF YOU GUYS EVER LOOK AT THE PHOTO'S... I loaded tickets on tickets with regards to my refund for licencing... nothing gets done... so what is the purpose of doing this..I think you can remove you sticker from my car as I drive my 2000km every month even took out business insurance/...but this is a waste of time
