Incompetent technician

A 2013 polo blue motion started showing a flashing like relating to engine failure. I took it in for checking they looked at it and found a few things wrong with the wires, it been over 2 weeks I have taken the car in 4 times and the issue is still not sorted. If vw is not able to fix thier own cars who do I take it to for repairs? This a brand new car, its a disgrace and a shame that they make cars that they themselves are not able to fix. I have spent ovet 2 weeks without a car. Thier service is terrible I dn't think they know what they are doing. When they gave me the car I was told its been sorted yet as soon as I took the car the same problem was still there how dod he come to conclusion that its fixed when the same light is still showing? I am a toyota fan and I wanted to give vw brand a chance and I must say I regret my decision
