Great Service from Toyota Kemp Park

My Toyota Fortuner was serviced on 2013.07.16 (major service). Experienced some problems regarding attention to detail. Had discussions and email communications with Desiree & Jacques. We agreed that the vehicle should be checked on my return from Kruger Park Lodge for my long trip to Botswana & Namibia. Arrived at the Dealership on 2013.08.05 @ 08:32. The vehicle was inspected by technician & then again by Jacques. This really was great service and appreciate the concerted effort to ensure that my vehicle is ready for the long trip. Also appreciated the quick response via phone & email communication. Thanks you very much for your support.
