Cannot enter a valid phone number!!!

Trying to book a car online and the web page will not accept my mobile phone number it continuously gives an error saying please enter a valid mobile number even though the number entered is a valid south african mobile number. Not the 1st time this has happened and I have raised it with Tempest before.
