Hellopeter doesn’t provide for the deaf

Hellopeter requires that you MUST enter a valid mobile number to register. What about deaf people for whom a mobile phone has absolutely no value? Must they now go buy a mobile phone just so that they can also be able to have their say on Hellopeter?
