Cars & Transport

I purchased a Kia Picanto 2011 from Imperial Select on 20th January 2013. I was charged registration Fees of R 3000.00. On 02nd March 2013 the motor vehicle was. The vehicle was financed with MFC. My insurance company is now requesting the registration documents from the dealership of which they do not have as the registration was not done. A request was then made for proof that the vehicle was receipted into the dealer stock and obviously this could not be given because this was not done.
I then called the dealership and Spoke to Adrian and the attitude given was disgusting I was asked if i was going to be calling him back every 5 minutes. My question to him was that if their house was in order then this would not be happening. I am now liable for another months premium when this could have been settled before. His attitude to customers stinks and i would not want to deal with a person with this type of attitude. Their incompetentcies are now impacting my life.
