BAD SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP

Car gets serviced and breaks down the next day. Of course I was told these were not related? No responsibility was taken. Two months later, they had my car for four days and couldn't find the problem - also replaced parts that didn't need replacing. VW found the problem after two hours after my car broke down on the way home!!! And I was told I need a new clutch when they replaced the clutch last year???

They are not qualified in my opinion!!!
