Excellent Service

Hi,

I would like to thank TWT for the excellent service at their Rivonia branch! On my way to a client, my car reported tyre pressure problems. I stopped at the garage and to check and there was a bubble that popped on my run flat tyres...

Short history, I noticed the bubbles a while ago and first went to TWT Randburg, Hendrik Verwoerd drive. They informed me of the bubbles and quoted me exceptionally high, on two different brands of tyres. So obviously I wanted a 2nd quotation first, but in the time it took me I was forced to replace the tyres, this being today.

So, I had this flat and was right by the TWT Rivonia branch. I thought let me just replace two of the tyres for now and arrived at TWT Rivonia. Nicardo Filander greeted me as I arrived and quickly checked all my tyres and informed me of my options. I thought let me just asked again for a price on all 4... Nicardo quickly priced me on Goodyear and Pirelli, same as Randburg, and to my surprise R4k cheaper without having to ask for discount...

Nicardo went and collected the tyres himself from another branch and had my car ready in no-time. Rivonia TWT is my supplier of choice going forward!!
