Poor Service from customer service

New Chev Utility in for repairs at panel beaters. Bumper needs replacement. On backorder for 3 months. Contact with consultant, Themba, gives impression of don't care attitude. Never replies in writing to me, but quick to inform me that all calls are recorded. Unable to obtain contact number of either Director of GM or Head of dept. of customer care. Making promises they cannot upheld eg to call me back within the same day! On top of all - calling there customer care centre is a total nightmare - holding on for 20 minutes listening about their great service and new models... your call will be answered / attended to! Utter rubbish.
It is really a concern that consultants are not willing to put anything in writing to a customer.
To all out there please think twice... Never again will I deal with or purchace any GM product. Can't wait to sell mine as soon as repaired.
I doubt if any snr person from GM South Africa will even attempt to respond. Should they wish to have my telnr.
