Tracking and Customer care non functional

After receiving a SMS to inform me that my C Track had failed to test for 7 Days I immediately tried to contact customer care (number listed in the SMS). To my surprise the phone just rang even after going thru all the correct options... what a waste of time. I then called their head office number and was promised that someone called sam would call me back in a few minutes. This never happened. 3 Days later I contacted the customer care manager who was very helpful and someone did call back to book a service call out to check the unit.
Bob arrived the following day on time but could find no fault with the unit. I called customer care later that day and after ringing 5 minutes was eventually answered, only to be cut off again after taking my details. They have not bothered to return this call and the unit is still not functioning.
