False promises

If u were thinking of buying a new kia. I hope u have a 2nd car and do not believe any of the things they promise u.my year and a half picanto wouldn't start almost a month ago in the morning.a week later they still couldn't tell me what's wrong.they refuse to give me a courtesy car even after I showed them the pRomise they highlighted when I bought it.saying its for roadside assistance. I didn't drive my car there, it was towed.what would u call my case? two weeks later, they're still waiting for a guy from kia to tell them what's wrong.did I mention the car was towed to kia? almost a month later they tell me its a factory fault, new engine ordered.it might take 2-3weeks.did I mention the fact that I have to beg them for the progress? even after promising several times to call me but did not.
