I went and signed a offer to purchase on a car by Mercedes East Rand mall of which they promised me, that i would be able to collect my vehicle on Friday the 19th July. When i arrived there they told me that the other customer did not do all his paper work correctly and therefore the OTP was no longer valid?? When i asked, they said they will sort it out of which they then they gave me a loan vehicle for the week, whilst they were trying to resolve this issue. What's made me angry is that during this time i had my insurance cancelled as well as my tracker on the car that i was trading in as per dealership, sales man Erteen. Now they are saying i must bring back the loan car as they can no longer assist me. They then informed me that i must start looking for another car some where else, although i had already signed an OTP on the mercedes i wanted to purchase that had 44000 kilometers on the odometer.
I find this sort of service outrageous leat alone poor. As far as i'm concerned, they should look for another car for me in the same condition and KM for the same price, as i did intially sign an OTP for the above vehicle mentioned.
