Complaint about new Ford Figo & his bad attitude

New Ford Figo bought 15Dec12, collected 8Jan13, Problem started in March on 2000km & the 1st complain which the car was taken in & reapaired under the warranty but no slip given. Easter weekend with trip to Rustenburg a noise from rear wheels was heard and 2May13 the car was taken in. The one bearing was done & the request to check fuel consumption was also attended to. May13 no problems and a full tank gave 600 km. June just got 400km per full tank! 13June13 upon calling mr Thys de Kok @ BB Auto Polokwane he was very rude with snotty remarks of others driving 5000km in 2months & referring to pages 79-81 of owners manual which is totally irrelevant, he also stated to see a lawyer but when asked to put in writing he replied he can only speak on behalf of Ford SA Company & that the recorded transcripts can be requested from Ford SA. 18June emailed complainto: [Email Removed] & CC [Email Removed] whereupon the car was attended to on 21June13 where they refuelled the car at my invoiced cost & checked the fuel consumption. Now the car got high revs. They said 5000km needed to attend to problems. My question is: what is the use of buying a brand new Ford if problem like voetstoots!
