Volvo
Letter of appreciation for professional service

Cars & Transport

On 29 June 2013 I attended funeral at Lebowakgomo Township in Limpopo. As we were about to leave for the cemetery my Volvo X90 got stuck in a ditch. As I was trying to get out, I saw a black smoke from the underneath the engine.
I managed to get out with the assistance of the people who came to attend the funeral. As we were driving to the cemetery, I noticed the computer reading showed "REDUCED ENGINE PERFORMANCE". I called Brian Belis and told him about the problem. Despite the fact it was after business hours, he was always willing and prepared inform me about the extent of the risk of the engine. He asked me to send him the computer readings on the dashboard so he could assist me. Brian went an extra mile by ensuring my car is given priority booking the following day (Monday} I took my car to Volvo workshop in Midrand and it fixed within two days. I wish to state that Brian I willing to assist with a courtesy if the repair work would take too long

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the professional manner in which Volvo Midrand through Brian has assisted me during difficult period.
