Over paid

I Took my Nissan Qashqai for a service at De Graaf. The Manager quoted me R2500.00. I told him I am sure Nissan is less for the service. He assured me that I will pay much more at Nissan. I believed him and told him to continue. I phoned Nissan and they quoted me R1500.00. I phoned De Graaf and told them they are busy over charging me for a job that took them less than 2 hours.. The excuse... HAHA they use better spares. Please how dumb do I look After collecting the car the service record was not rest, the car was still very dirty and the next day a large puddle of oil was under my car. I feel I was taken for R1000.00. Please don't let the quick and friendly personnel take you for a ride.
