Volvo SA - Unprofessional Poor service

Noticed if i wash my new car weekly the dirt stains my paint and as time went by stains got more. Took my car to the dealership, Hatfield Volvo with my concern, showed them the spots and told them "that dirt from normal driving are staining my car 's paint". I was accused of parking under netted parking, then something fell on my car. Untrue as i do park under roofed parking and garage. Unhappy with the accusations so i called Volvo SA. Volvo SA continued with the accusations stating "feedback that we received from dealer was that the vehicle do not look like it's been parked in the garage and maintained properly. We have thoroughly investigated your concerns with the assistance of our Technical Department and CMH Volvo Car Hatfield" which is all a because no thorough investigation was done and this is certainly not a characteristic of our Volvo product. So am i driving a Nissan??? As the badge on my car says VOLVO. Volvo Hatfield buffed and polished my car free of charge, my car were stainless for 2 weeks and as my car got dirty from driving the dirt continues to stain. My car went to Volvo SA, assessment=dirt!! Volvo SA=Joke!! Problem not resolved!!
