Pharoah Auto Investments
Poor after sale service

Cars & Transport

We purchased a vehicle from Pharoah Auto in July 2012. On delivery of the vehicle we were told that they were busy with the registration process and would send us the new license disc as soon as it was ready. In November 2012 my wife was stopped in a roadblock and was told that her license disk had expired and was given a fine of R1000. She immediately went back to Pharoah's Auto to ask where her new license disk was. After initially telling her that it had already been sent to her, they finally found it there in the vehicle file. Daniel the sales person/ manager said that as they had not sent this to us as promised they would pay the fine. We took his word and assumed it had been sorted out. At the beginning of July 2013 we discovered that the fine had not been paid. We have sent 3x e-mails (3/10/27 Sept) about this but received no response. I physically went in again to see Daniel on 19 Sept and was assured it would be paid the next day. We have not received any feedback and have run out of ideas on how to resolve this amicably? It is sad to see a dealership that displayed outstanding service up until you take delivery of the vehicle, ruin a future sale to us.
