Rapid Repair
Extremely bad srevice

I was involed in a head on collision on the 18 April 2012. I took my car to rapid repair where George and Johan were very nice and promesed me my car back in 2 weeks. I did get my car in two weeks but the workmaship is poor. They used pirate parts on my car and did not replace some of the parts in the car (water reservoir, leaking water pump) that broke due to the accident. I was told that these parts were damaged due to wear and tear. This is very fanny cause my car is only 4years old with 60 000km on the clock. There were dents on the car that were never fixed and i was told to retun the car after two days. It has been 9 months and they are still now prepared to resolve these problem.

I urge every one never to use RAPID REPAIR in North Riding. Their sales person is called George and the director is Johan (both afrikaans speaking)
