Pathetic, arrogant, useless agents and mangement

Very Disappointing experience with these devious, cunning people. I saw a vehicle and confirmed I wanted to purchase it. I went in 5 times to do the paperwork. Each time I was told that I should not worry because the car was ordered from another dealership and would arrive shortly. Eventually after a week, I faxed all the paperwork through and he confirmed having received it - so that my finance application could be approved before the car arrived. The smooth talking agent really took me for a ride because he convinced me about his honesty and trustworthiness with stories about previous sales etc and how his manager sought his services because of his good track record After having visited once again to ensure that nothing was outstanding from my side, I kept in touch by phoning every day to check for delivery. Eventually his manager told me I would have to pay R8000 more as the price had increased. Danny told me that he would get one from Ladysmith, but later told me it was impossible. I found out that the manager had not ordered the vehicle, though incompetence. They are unco-operative, unhelpful, rude, and obnoxious. The manager doesn't care about the poor service and
