Buying a vehicle which was already sold

I am supposed to be purchasing an Isuzu bakkie from the above mentioned company. Forms for the finance were sent to me and I completed them. I was supposed to have test drove the vehicle the today at 09:30. firstly the gentleman doesn't arrive, I then call him and am told that he was not aware that I wanted the vehicle to come to me which is a lie... I have proof on email. Then I am told he just needs approval from his manager and he will be here shortly. An hour later I then call him to find out what happened and I am told that the vehicle is sold. Firstly where is the decency when I told the gentleman I am DEFINITELY taking the vehicle and the poor service received reflects badly on Imperial and Isuzu. I doubt anyone would purchase a vehicle if they had been through what I have. Absolutely pathetic service on behalf of these guys.
