On 25/05/2013 me and my husband went to Nissan Cresta to buy certain parts of the car because it was going for servicing and we bought front brake pads only to find out from the person servicing the car that we were not supposed to buy the pads, immediately my husband went back to Nissan to take them back to be refunded however the guy who sold the pads to my husband refused to take them back saying atleast he has a spare for next time im talking R700.00 here. My husband then called Nissan Woodmead to find out if you cant return something if you bought and did not use and they advise that we can be refunded. My husband went back to Nissan Cresta on monday 27/05/2013 to be refunded and they told him that the policy says they cant and they are not nissan. how come they trade in Nissan Name and they have a nerve to say they are not Nissan they have their policy & they have an email to show that they dont refund & they couldnt show us the email. Are we being taken for a ride or want.we are Nissan Clients for the past 9 years & we have never experienced this with Nissan woodmead. we went to cresta because it is in our neighbourhood. We demand to be refunded.
