AA Advantage plus not an advantage

I am a member of AA Advantage Plus, the reason I upgraded to Advantage Plus is because it included value added things like Long Distance Towing. I had a breakdown while I visited Limpopo and now they tell me that Long Distance towing only covers 100km and they will charge me R7.77 p/km which was not specified when I took cover. This is daylight
