POOR SERVICE

Im an owner of a plant hire company. For the last two months I have been fuelling my tlb every two days for fuel to the value of R1200.00 a time. That's in the region of R10000.00 a month. This morning my operator was approached by one of the staff wearing a quality manager badge. He tells my operator not to put the front bucket down because its messing his courtyard. I was at the machine at the time and asked him to show me were there was any traces of soil which he couldn't. I told him im going to leave the machine parked like that until his manager comes. A short while later his manger comes whom I then relay the story to. He tells me the same thing that our machines dirty the yard. We should use the outer pumps which we couldn't due to cones placed there. Its sad to think that he would rather lose a customer who gives them business for that amount then to sweep his courtyard. I guess cos he doesn't own the garage that it would affect him. I will definitely not be fuelling there again. Other companies, wash your vehicles before fuelling up there. lol
