This complaint was sent to the dealership, to the email address provided on their website, yet no one bothered to respond.

I've serviced my Polo at your dealership (BL20DBGP). Apart from the fact that Mohabat didn't phone me to keep me updated (as a regular Hatfield VW client, albeit at different dealership, I got used to feedback on windscreen blades, brakes, tyres etc.), I've asked to be fetched from my office at 3pm to get my vehicle. 4pm I had to phone, and after complaining to the dp Sharon, the drivers arrived at 5:15. I still don't know what was done on my vehicle, the cost, invoice, nothing. I've also asked Mohabat to replace the door rubber. 1st he said it would form part of the warranty, and then not. I've asked to order, seeing it needs replacement, and it should be done before the 10th of June, seeing that's our financial year end. He never got back to me, and thus it wasn't replace under my previous financial year budget.

I also had to wait 15 minutes for him on the day I took my vehicle in.
