I'm a loyal Hatfield Vw client, always service my vehicles with them whenever possible. The last experience wasn't good, and I have my doubts about using them again. I've requested to be fetched from my office at 3 on the day my vehicle was in for a service. At 4, no-one arrived. Eventually I had to cancel a function I had to attend in Pretoria, my vehicle was delivered after a call to Sharon after 5pm. I've asked Mohabat to order a door rubber (1st he said it will be covered under the warranty, then said I have to pay). I had to phone him again to remind him to order the rubber (and asked VW during the service survey call again) which initially was supposed to take a day to arrive. He phoned me last Monday to advise the rubber has arrived. I've asked him to phone me yesterday to arrange installation, seeing that my co. Card cut-off was yesterday for the financial year. I left a message, and he phoned me this morning, claiming to have lost my number. He also didn't keep me updated on the day of the service, I still don't know what was done. Other Hatfield vw dealers gave me a run down on everything, and the approximate lifespan left. I don' know if my brakepads etc are still ok.
