One month to decide if repair is under guarantee

McCarthy Nissan Randburg have replaced my Nissan XTrails clutch twice in 18 months. Took it in so they could see if it can be repaired under guarantee (for the third time, last clutch lasted 11months). Have been waiting one month for them to decide, no word yet. I have complained to customer services, ( Robin Wright) but they say it is out of their hands. Car is used daily for my business, have had to hire a car for the last month. What kind of service is this?
