A week ago me and a group of friends went to Cape Town on holiday and rented a car from Avis at the airport.
When it came to the payment of the car, all the detail was not relayed to us. We were not informed that after returning the car they retain the deposit and the balance for renting the car for a total of 5days even after the car has been returned. When we landed back in Johannesburg, we weren't certain why the money was still frozen, this was only relayed to us after phoning them. Once they debited the full amount, they debited twice the amount.
