REfund to refund me my money ofered to take anothe

I Bought a car computer box from Classic motor North Spares. They put secuirty on the items so that one can not temper it. I pay R 2000.00 for the item. After a week after i took the car for testing the reports indicate that the car computer box is in a working order. I then return to Classic Motor North Spares for the refund of my money Melissa Govender told me that in terms of the second motors spares policy. They are not going to refund the money instead I must take anything to that Value and I told them that I dont want anything. Then I request their policy and Melisa Govender said I must ask Moses or Jacob Zuma for Refund of the policy. I need your help to get my money back. Please help or refer the matter to any office that can help me.
