As always, Heidi has a great attitude towards her customers and goes the extra mile to try and make sure that the customer is looked after. Whilst she obviously does not do maintenance/ repair work on the vehicle personally, she does her very best to oversee that is work is done in a timely and efficient manner, maintains good communication with the client throughout and follows up on anything where necessary.
