My car broke down after 35000km. Because it was under warranty it was booked into ford global menlyn by insurance company. This was end of March. Today, almost 3months later stoll no car. I went to talk to manager and he blamed evrything on someone else. We then went to insurance company who it was blamed on and they had same experience contacting the dealership. We would call, and Heidi would always have to call us back. Or have someone call us back coz the service manager was always on training or on lucnh. But never called back. Today my car was released with bolts and nuts and i dont know what else missing and leaking oil. After they said they have replaced the engine for R60000!!! This is ridiculous. Worst service ever. Never will i support ford and everyons i know will know about Ford's bad service.
