NOT SO FAST BUT MAKING ME FURIOUS!!!

Saturday evening 5h30 Bongani phones me to let me know he has got a Justine box for me. I gave him my physical address (which is also on the box!) but half hour later I was still waiting. I phoned him and according to Bongani he was 15 minutes away. In the mean time I was on my way out but waited for Bongani to deliver my box. Another 15 minutes later (and now late for an appointment), I phone Bongani again only to hear that he decided to stop and buy food BEFORE making the delivery. Eventually at 8h00 at night I phone him again to find out what is taking so long only to hear that he intends to return on Sunday! NO you will NOT come back on Sunday and ruin my family day after you so unprofesionally rearanged my Saturday evening. I am sick and tired of your incompetence, bad management and uncomitted drivers. HE BOUGHT DINNER 4 BLOCKS AWAY FROM MY HOUSE! WHY NOT DELIVER THE BOX YOU LAZY PERSON!? This company constantly dissapoints and I hope they loose their contract with Avon Justine, they are untrained and not serious about service delivery.
