Poor service to their customers

I 'm really disappointment with the service that avon is giving their representatives, i'm a sales leader for linnah danisile skhosana with account number 102406780 her order was invoice last week Thursday invoice number 19076267 on the 23th and today is the 29 she has not received her box everyday when i call fnf (fast n furious they promise that they will deliver the same day but they don't, my question is why is Avon promising 4 day delivery when they cannot track the drivers every time they deliver they are caring a woman in front of the car.can i have response as I'm about to loose one of my representative she is tired of Avon. Friday is month end she has to collect the money from her customers so that she can pay Avon back how will she do that without stock.
