CRIMINAL CHARGES NEED TO BE BROUGHT AGAINST DENIS

In July 2011, I hired JW&CO to move my household goods from Johannesburg to Manaus, Brasil. I was initially handled by Adele Steyn and Zara Barbosa. Payment for Packing etc and Marine Insurance was paid at that time. Due to importation issues, I had to hold goods with JW&CO.In April 2013, I was finally able to get the solve import issues. On contacting JW&CO Johannesburg offices, I was advised that both Adele and Zara no longer work with them and that person to deal with is Denis as CEO. On contacting him, I was asked to pay the balance of the amount as per the quote, which I did on early April 2013.Since the payment was received by them, I was unable to have any communication as regards placement of container. I arrived JNB on 25 Apr 13 and after a lot of pressure, was finally passed on to Robeck Freight, who arranged to pack the container. Then the ball dropped. Robeck advised that Denis had not paid them money that I had paid to JW&CO and they cannot send container. Till date Denis refuses to answer any e mails or calls. I had to again pay Robeck to get the container moving. If any one out there is taking legal action, please let me know so we could join forces to stop this.
