Defects in brand new Kia Rio

I purchased a new Kia Rio. From day 2 of having the vehicle I reported issues to The Glen Kia advising that I had serious problems with my alignment in the vehicle. I reported slide out in wet weather and on uneven surfaces. The solution was first to swop my front wheels around and then try advise that no problems were experienced when technicians drove the car with no proper testing happening. On demand an independent report was obtained and issues were found. I then did a further independent inspection and I was advised that the vehicle has serious issues on the left wheel. When presented with the report KIA The Glen claimed this problem could have transpired whilst I had driven the vehicle and KIA South Africa advise that The Glen is a multifranchise thus they cannot assist. How can a vehicle brand dismiss manufacture warranties, service plans and warranty boosters with not investigating or resolving issues based on a Dealership's registration status? KIA have failed to resolve the problems in my car or assist me at all. Reports I hold show that my vehicle may cause severe risk to myself and my babies (both of whom I transport and are under 5). KIA warranties mean nothing!
