False promises and bad service

I sent my jeep into Sakkies Auto services and repairs, he quoted me on an original head for my jeep which i accpeted. He put in a refurb and once i had paid him he still took over a month to get my jeep back to me, it broke down within a week from getting it back, he left and bolts out of the engine and when my jeep broke down again within a week of the first breakdown, he refused to come and help me. second hand spares and constant and diseptions.
