Terrible service/dishonest people

I bought a City Golf from Kia motors in Stellenbosch. I was helped by Shamiel who to me about them having the registration documents of the car. He said he needs around 2 days to sort out the registration, road worthy test and number plates etc. I bought the car on a Saturday.By the next Friday the car was still not ready. I asked what the hold-up was and was told that they couldn't get someone out to fit the tracker etc. He said I can get the car the Friday afternoon. I waited for another hour and a half for the tracker to be fitted. He said that the registration will be sorted by the Friday. It was not of course. I read the AA roadworthy report and things that were marked as unacceptable weren't even fixed! I took the car back and asked that they fix it. It was a list of about 9 things in the car that was broken. Upon getting the car back, the manager told me that there must have been a misunderstanding because they still don't have the registration certificate of the car. I noticed further issues with the car, like a broken aircon and wipers. Took the car back a second time and was told the gas of the aircon was empty. They filled it, but it is still not working!!
