Never have I encountered such shocking rudeness and poor attitude before in my life... I booked my Subaru Forester in last week for it's 100 k service for this week was phoned at 3pm to be told that the vehicle would not be finished that day but the next as the parts had not arrived.
My wife phoned them at 9:30 am the next morning to enquire when my car would be finished was told around 3pm, when she phoned at 3 was told no only 5pm.
2 Days for a service is not acceptable and as we live 360km away requires spending another night in PE so I was irate by the time I fetched my car.
When Robin asked me how I was I said irate at no time did I shout raise my voice nor was I rude I was immediately met with a bad attitude he flung his pencil down and stormed off, I said that 2 days for a service after I booked a week in advance is unacceptable and that the excuse of parts suppliers is also not acceptable as this excuse has been used before.
When fetching my old parts from workshop, Lester the foreman said they never order parts before hand and he has 13 cars to work on.
R11 154.20 spent and treated like a turd has ruined my so far very happy ownership of my Subaru am considering selling.
