Imperial Select Multi Franchise

Bought a used car from the Imperial Select Menlyn, Mahindra Thar 2013, was assured it have a front and back Hard & Soft Top. Needed some small things fixed, and supply hard and soft top. Car was delivered on 28/06/2013. None of the points was fixed, I was asked to accept the car, as they need some time to get the roof, and will fix the problems when they fit the roof. The car was returned to them to fit the roof on 02/07/2013, and I was told the car would be delivered to me on 05/07/2013. Car was not ready, contacted Imperial select, got the standard reply from Rennette. Had meetings with Ronny, daily and a final meeting with Etienne, The car was promised fixed, but they could not supply the back hard roof, which I accepted, car to be delivered back to me on Friday 12/07/2013. Car was not ready, Promised me the car on friday 19/07/2013. Contacted Ronny on Wednesday and Thursday, to confirm that the car would be ready. Car is still not ready, not registered, I think the only way out is to take legal action...
