Worst service ever!!!

I have purchase a Vw Polo from RSC auto at the beginning of march. I have been waiting for my spare keys ever since. I know its just a spare key but my mind is not at ease knowing that i dont have them. I have made numerous calls and all i get from the owner and the sales lady is that i must wait and they will call me back and that the previous owner still has them.
It is now 3 months that i am still waiting. How can they sell a vehicle knowing that all is not in order.
I paid cash for my car and i never made them wait for their money.
I promise you i will never ever buy a car from you guys again.
SERVICE means a great deal to people these days. Thats what RSC tends to forget.
