Using deposit as rental payment

The tenant paid R20 000 deposit. When they moved out there were so many damages in the property. Elite also did not check whether the water and lights was paid up to date. We are now sitting with a bill for January and February that was not paid. The Principal called us so many names. Refuse to speak to us. She used the left over money form the deposit that is R6300 as commission. Her contract sys 19.3 that die deposit cannot be used as rent payment. She told us that she cannot work for nothing. She billed us for red door perfume that was R299 and Gi Lean slimming things that was R199.She told us that interest on trustfund accounts does not exist no longer after I quiried it. The tenants left us with an outstanding dstv account of R1400 and a damaged house. Elite does not want to take responsibilities. The principal puts het phone down when we want to talk to her. We paid them R2500 in commission every month to look after our house. They refuse to send us th proof of what they did with the outstanding R6300.
