Deposit Refund

I hired a car from the Dollar Thrifty at Cape Town International Airport on the 28th June and delivered it back in perfect condition on the 1st July. I was told that the deposit would be release 4-7 working days after the car was returned. Until today 17th July (12 working days later) I have still not received the deposit back. I have called 3 times and get answers. First call the lady in control of releasing the funds was off. Second call I was told that the lady in charge was going to be in in the afternoon and would contact me, no call received. Third call this morning was not answered. This is absolute rubbish and not even being contacted has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Not sure that I will be using their services moving forward which is sad as I have only ever used their services.
