Breech of contract Deposit not paid back

I hired a car from Richerds Bay Dollar Trifty car rental on the 07/11/2013 and returned the car in Pretoria on the 08/11/2013. I paid with my debit card the Howell amount strait payment no hassle. But now waiting for my deposit an looking at the complaints on hellopeter this is on-going thing.
The lady at the counter said the refund will take 7 days and today is already 9 days. i contacted the Richards bay branch on the 14/11/2013 and the person said it will be paid the same day, no payment.
So i contacted the H/O on the 15/11/2013 and the lady working with the refunds seid it will be don asap. well this is already the 16/11/2013 and no deposit returned to my acc.
So clearly they are not warred about costumer care or the fact that thy have broken the contract.
So if this matter is not resolved today the 16/11/2013 i will be contacting the The National Consumer Commission.

All be warned about this professional car rental company, track record speak louder then words and thy have a very nice track record on Hellopeter.com for not refunding in the time stipulated and over charging.
