7 DAYS AND COUNTING

A parcel was send to me from Bruma JHB to Tzaneen Limpopo, the parcell are supose to take 3-5 working days today is day 7 and the parcel is now only in Pretoria. I called the call center this morning and spoke to Luwandile he said they had problems in JHB and he can not say when my parcel will be in Tzaneen i must just wait.
It is not my problem if they have internal issues why must I pay for a service and then not get the service I paid for. Sort out your internal issues and stop affecting us the clients. I want my parcell or will it take another 7 days to get from PTA to Polokwane and then another 7 days to get to Tzaneen>How long must I wait I want my parcel and I want it now.
