Overcharged on hire

Hired a car on the web for the 08/01/2014 until the 13/01/2014, special offer was unlimited mileage and super waiver insurance for R632.00 for entire hire. paid using my credit card on the website. When we got to dollar thrifty car hire office in cape town airport we were told the computers were off line but they had our booking. the lady took my credit and made a deposit holding for R3000.00. At the office there was a confusion about the unlimited mileage and it was varied with Cameron who call the head office. on our manual agreement contract the correction was made and Cameron advised that my car hire was paid in full. I got my car enjoyed my holiday returned my car with full tank fuel. On my credit card statement there is a additional charge of R1098 for charges that not a single person can explain to me. I made 6 calls to cape town and to the head office i spoke to Mellisa at the customer care centre, no one can get back to me or explain what the charge is for. I need my credit card to be refunded and my deposit to be refunded immediately. Melisha Bassdev-Mothilall
