No care is taken with your things!

The guys were asked to ensure all large items were wrapped before being moved - this did not happen. (Told they would be wrapped on the truck). No care taken when moving things from house to the truck. After unloading, did a cursory look round and saw no obvious damage to anything so tipped the guys for a good job. When unpacking however I found two large scratches on my tv stand and a large dirty wet mark (that has stained now) across a lounge seat.
Contacted the office and was asked to send pictures and was told an investigation would be done that day as all employees report to the office daily - 10 days later and nothing!
No response, no care, no interest.
Will never use again and recommend no-one else does either.
