Terrible after sale service

While I was looking or a vehicle, the salesman, Shane Jackson was very helpful, I was really impressed. However that's when the good service ended. In my purchase agreement that I signed. I was told that I would receive a new service book, spare key, papers as well as new mats or the car. I was assured that I would have all this by the next weeks Friday (7 days).
I waited and heard nothing, two weeks went by, nothing. I emailed and was always told they were waiting. It's now been over a month and I still am without the agreed extras. In the interim I have since found out that my brakes need replacing (The Pads). I took it to the same garage, and was told sorry this was my expense as it was wear and tear (I have had the car for less than a month!!)
When I bought the car I was told I had a 1000KM guarantee. Which they have been only to happy see expire, yet I am still without what I was told I would get. Now I have to pay for new break pads at the same garage on a car they sold me, with an incomplete sales agreement, what should be covered by a franchises sales guarantee. Why must I loose out while they gain?
I don't know what else to do, I have emailed and asked but they don't
