Damaged vehicle, no response from Kugan / Helpdesk

Hi I am severely disappointed with Just-Group. Firstly I had a car delivered to me at night. Upon inspecting the vehicle there were 3 chips which had been sealed. I was told to take time out of my day to get a quote. Gerald came to fetch my car from work so my quote was a waste of time. He left a Renault Sandero with me with 1 wiper blade working on the passenger side! I have sent numerous emails to Kugan with a query and opened a support ticket on the 9th. STILL NO RESPONSE!! This is such disgusting service, I am appalled. I also get harrassed just about daily about getting an earn while you own contract. I DO NOT WANT and earn while you own contract. If I wanted one I would've signed that one. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME URGENTLY ON MY SUPPORT TICKET #313784
